  I will not return here. my couch was back ordered.. fine, but no one called to tell me. All sales are final so I was stuck waiting for this couch for 8 weeks. Thank goodness i was replacing an old one or i'd have no place to sit. No one called to inform me of the situation and when i called i received no apology and some attitude ( it's not my fault he said) from our sales guy eric. i would have liked to have been told about the delay and given the option to back out of the purchase. when we bought the couch it was not on back order and was to be delivered in 4-5 weeks. now it's 8. so in return i was expecting an apology (yes i know it was not in their control about the delay but yes his fault for not keeping me informed, i should not have been the one to keep calling), and some sort of compensation. they could have taken care of the delivery (a cheap 40.00) and offered to give me some throw pillows for my new purchase. instead i got no apology and no feeling that they (namely my sales person) even cared. i will not go here again and i will be talking about it with my friends. it would have been fine if i came off the phone feeling like i was heard and they understood... but i had no such feeling. they made me feel like it was my problem.
